Messer Group is the world's largest family-owned specialist for industrial, medical and specialty gases—that is what the website says anyhow. 😉 But even though it may be easy to find out about their business, Messer Group’s offering and the details behind it are a different ballgame.

Internally, this poses no problem; the gas specialists are amongst themselves here, after all. But when external stakeholders or lay people become involved and are even supposed to understand what Messer does, this takes a turn into the difficult. They should understand, however.

In order to inform non-specialists who are dealing with Messer Group about its product range, its safety, the underlying technologies and chemical processes, Messer has been using as a graphic interpreter for the interested public since 2016.
