As the Meta platforms Instagram and Facebook are the go-to networks for the Gen Y and Z, we placed our ads geared to the target-group there to touch base with our prospective applicants.
But in order to do so, we first identified the necessary keywords, implemented the google tag manager and a Meta pixel so that we could measure clicks and campaign goals. After that we defined the audience and set up the campaign in Meta.
