Revitalizing a traditional brand with values that have grown and consolidated over decades. Taking the management and their team members along on this journey while constantly reassessing and adapting to their individual needs: Swiss company Truninger AG, a true hidden champion, presented us with this magnificent task. Its magnetic lifting technology sets standards around the world: in warehouses, in shipyards and loading yards, in scrap yards and wherever metal goods are handled. So much so that the competition is copying their magnets and their controller systems.
In workshops with the Swiss headquarters and its German subsidiary Truninger GmbH, we worked out the values and a clear value proposition. We learned to tell the TRUNINGER story, defined target groups and created personas, came up with a brand claim with "Inspiring Lifting Solutions" and designed a new logo which subtly hints at the magnetic lifting TRUNINGER stands for ... and then we set about implementing this groundwork into the website and further communication actions!
At www.truninger.com, users meet a modern, multilingual TYPO3 website, the design of which also seizes on the idea of lifting in various forms. It presents stakeholders and interested parties a multi-layered and well-designed company.
Extensive technical facts, which were previously only available as PDFs, can now be conveniently accessed digitally on the redesigned website and make the handy lifting technology tangible digitally.
To mark the company’s 100th anniversary, we have published a magazine brochure which presents the company in all its facets as well as exemplary employees from Germany and Switzerland.
TRUNINGER is taking the next strategic step out of hiding as a true hidden champion by expanding its communication to the social media channel LinkedIn, as well. And we are delighted to be the tour guide!
